This six week program is designed for new mums who are ready to return to exercise safely and progressively. Starting with re-strengthening and re-connecting with the core and pelvic floor, from there we progressively build functional strength as we transition back into exercise.
Our 'Fit Mums' Sessions are child friendly and suitable for mums of all ages, stages and levels of fitness. Sessions are a combination of strength and conditioning designed to help you find your version of fit for all that mum life brings.
