Our signature Post Natal Foundational Program is a six week exercise and education program, designed for new mums who are a minimum 6 weeks post-natal and ready to ease their way back into exercise, safely.
We start intentionally, re-strengthening from the inside out, focusing on re-connecting with the core and pelvic floor. From there we progressively build functional strength and general fitness as we transition back into exercise.
You will receive all the education as to why you are doing the things you are doing, so you have the knowledge to keep moving forward with confidence in taking the best care of your post-natal body.
Ab separation, pelvic floor function, tight and sore muscles in your body – upper back, lower back, shoulders, hips and pelvis from all the sitting, bending, rocking and feeding – this program will help with it all.
Start regaining strength, fitness and confidence in a way that is safe and effective for YOU at this stage of your life.
Your bub is welcome to come with you to the sessions. There’s plenty of room for prams and capsules in the training facility or bub can be on a mat beside you.
If you are ready to return to exercise and restore your strength, fitness and function in a progressive way, each program has maximum of eight mums to ensure they all get the attention and individualisation they need.
Your trainer for this program will be Selina, who holds multiple certifications in pre and post natal training and is a GGS Pre and Post Natal Coach, "Safe Return to Exercise" accredited trainer and a MumSafe (TM) Trainer.
She also has experience with post natal considerations including prolapse and diastasis recti and will work with your Women's Health Physio and other allied health professionals to ensure the best care for you.
