Our 'Fit Mums' Training Sessions are exclusively for females of all ages and stages of life, specialising in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Training.
The sessions are Small Group / Semi-Private Training sessions.
This means that sessions are capped at a maximum of ten in a session so that all the attendees can receive the support they require.
All sessions are child-friendly, and there is no creche. and children are welcome under the supervision of the parents.
Everyone is there for the same reason - to carve some time out of the busy day for themselves while also understanding that not all days run smooth!

Sessions are held in the air-conditioned Functional Fitness Room of the Mackay MMA Building in Victoria Street.
Casual Sessions and Direct Debit Training Options are available. Please email for more info!
Sessions are run Monday - Thursday as listed on the timetable.
